Introduction: what is the training process.

• Data base which contains the previous trainees (and it is increasing).
• Data base which contains a great group of the human and technical courses, in addition to a group of training prod nets.

• The united certification.
• External training service and how to make use of it.
• The participation in ILLAFTrain annual conference. (the opened training market) (meeting's opportunity with the other franchisee and trainers)
• Changing the general strategy.

• Signing the agreement of ILLAFTrain franchisee approval.
• Complying with ILLAFTrain Charter.
• Complying with ethics system and behavior's level.
• Complying with licensing agreement.
• Complying with membership rules and trainers approval.
• Complying with the logo (ILLAFTrain motto) which contains the region's name and the critera of writing the ads.
• To contract with two of ILLAFTrain trainers at least.
• The franchisee commitment with preparing the annual training schedule and putting it with its all details on its page on ILLAFTrain site 15 days before the new year (12/15/every year), then sending the promotion page to ILLAFTrain at the same date.
• The franchisee commitment with following his page periodically at ILLAFTrain site as necessary, participating with the news (one news monthly at least), replying on the whole arriving messages or turning them to ILLAFTrain the mother to reply on them.
• The franchisee commitment with preferring the work with ILLAFTrain trainers unless he has better offers (and he has to confirm that at the necessary).
• The franchisee commitment with studying the investment values of the training programs which he offers, in a form without damaging ILLAFTrain other trainers or franchisees, and this is done after knowing the available investment values at ILLAFTrain site. If the investment values are low some how or if they do not suit the general frame it is better to show them through "contact with us" (in the sense that the investment value is not shown directly on the site, instead, you have to contact with us to know it).
• The franchisee commitment with receiving ILLAFTrain representative one time yearly (the sudden visit), he is responsible about his traveling and staying for one day only, he provides him with the needed facilities to finish his task (which is only to make sure of the second team commitment with the determined criteria)
• The franchisee commitment with attending ILLAFTrain annual conferences or sending a representative for him.
• Participating with the semi - year advertismental brochure.
• The first step is to fill the primary franchisee membership application.
